Contactless check-in; the facilities are well-equipped and nice.
The location is close to the subway, the room is comfortable, and the self check-in is convenient. However, the hot water pressure was weak, and the TV connection seemed poor. The remote may have had dead batteries, so it was difficult to operate, but other than that it was fine. There are retail shops on the first floor, so when I opened the window some food smells came up, but it was okay. Overall the room condition was good, the bathroom was clean, and I had a good rest during my trip to Incheon.
My check-in time was 3:00 PM, but I arrived at 2:30 and waited the whole time. It would be nice if check-in could be possible 30 minutes earlier.
This is a very good value accommodation. There are many good restaurants nearby and a park, so it was great.
Very clean, and the self check-in is convenient.
