Multi-Night Stay Notice No. 25: The Dongdaemun branch charges an additional fee for multi-night stays.

On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, an additional 20,000 won per day must be paid at the front desk.

If you require room cleaning, please request it at the front desk. We will not enter your room without your permission.

Parking is available only for guests staying in suite rooms during extended stays.

Extended stay reservations are intended for business travelers commuting to and from work and tourists visiting for leisure. Guests who drink alcohol in their rooms all day or consume excessive amounts of alcohol late into the night are asked to use other establishments.

Extra bedding is not provided.

To ensure a comfortable stay and to protect your health and safety, we ask that you refrain from smoking in the guest rooms❤

All guest rooms are non-smoking.

Guests who wish to smoke are asked to do so outside the building.

Pursuant to Article 9 of the National Health Promotion Act, the lobby and all guest rooms are designated as non-smoking areas. If caught smoking, a fine of 100,000 won will be imposed.

Additionally, please understand that if a room becomes unusable due to cigarette odor resulting from smoking inside the room,

we may seek compensation for damages.

Only guests staying in Suites or Rooftop rooms can use the parking lot in front of the hotel ❤

If you do not select a vehicle during booking but arrive with one, you may not be able to park—please be sure to check this.

In-room amenities (PC malfunctions, damage, hair dryers, coffee pots, towels, etc.)

Guests will be held liable for damages in the event of damage or removal of these items.

Our hotel inspects every guest room individually.

Article 366 (Damage to Property, etc.)

Any person who damages, conceals, or otherwise renders useless another person’s property, documents, or electronic records or other special media records shall be punished by imprisonment for up to three years or a fine of up to 7 million won.

Furthermore, the hotel is not liable for the loss of valuables, personal belongings, electronic devices, etc.

Minors are not permitted to check in (single occupancy, same-sex occupancy, and family occupancy are also prohibited).

In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, the hotel may request your resident registration card or driver’s license; if you refuse to provide these or do not have them with you, check-in will not be permitted.
