Room rates are subject to change. If you request a refund for a pre-booked reservation due to a rate change, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with our policy.

Due to the nature of real-time booking, room availability may not match the displayed information 100%.

In some cases, duplicate reservations may occur; in such instances, the reservation paid for first takes precedence.

Even for reservations where payment has been completed, the reservation may be canceled depending on availability and local circumstances.

If we are unable to contact you due to incorrect contact information, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons.

No refunds will be issued for unused reservations or no-show reservations without prior cancellation.

Check-in and refunds are not permitted if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.

Check-in and refunds are not permitted for minors checking in without a guardian.

Please contact the property by phone to make reservation changes; changes may not be possible or may incur a fee depending on the property’s policies.

All guest rooms are non-smoking. (Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building.)

A penalty of 300,000 won will be imposed if smoking is detected anywhere in the building, including guest rooms. (Article 32 of the National Health Promotion Act)

Same-day reservations may not be available, so please check with the establishment in advance.

Please contact the property in advance if you plan to check in late.

There are no private restrooms or showers in the rooms. (Please use the shared restrooms and showers.)

There are no designated hours for using the shared restrooms and showers; they are located right inside the entrance to the Kids’ Zone at the surf park.

Indoor surfing operations are suspended from January through March.

Surfing is available by advance reservation only (same-day reservations not accepted).

[Toddler Pool]

Operating Period: July 1 – August 31

Hours: Open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (May close early due to operational circumstances.)

Admission Fee: 15,000 won (same for adults and toddlers)

Admission is charged separately from hotel stays.

The toddler pool is filled with cold water (not warm or lukewarm).
