6/21 When checking in, the staff explained things in a rapid-fire way that only they could understand, so none of our group could follow and we had to ask again. They responded very rudely, as if they were in a bad mood. The foreign staff member who cleaned the room was much kinder. It seems urgent that they replace or retrain staff. The accommodation was generally clean, right next to the sea, and there was a convenience store, which was nice. The nearby Mureung Byeol Yucheonji had a lavender festival, which was lovely.

This is a place I go to when I visit the East Sea. I like it.
I went prepared because of the bad reviews, but the front desk staff were friendly and they even gave us coupons for the hotel convenience store. The room was very clean and nice. Aside from mold on the shower hose and the shower booth door not fitting the frame so it wouldn't close, I was very satisfied. The elevators are not separated by odd/even floors so you have to wait a bit, and there is plenty of parking.
Good good 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
I always like the convenience store coupons.
It was my first time at a residence hotel... The room was clean and well maintained, so even though it was just one night, I used it comfortably and had a good stay.
The view is nice. The facilities are also pretty good.
I had a comfortable rest!

I like it!! It's the best!
It's clean. There was a periodic voice announcement in the outdoor unit area saying to replace the battery, but other than that, the area is Cheonggok-dong so convenience stores are all within walking distance and there are quite a few good restaurants, so I rested well.
