Booking Notice

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on the standard occupancy for each room type. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of occupants is required. If the standard occupancy is exceeded, an additional fee may be charged on-site. For information regarding the admission of minors, please contact the affiliate directly before making a reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for admission rejections due to mixed-gender bookings involving minors. In case of cancellation due to affiliate circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed. Room information may change frequently due to affiliate circumstances. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.
