The parking was a bit inconvenient, but the room condition and other aspects were really good.

This was my first visit; parking was convenient, but the room had no windows so it felt stuffy.
I like that amenities are provided.
It's clean and nice; it lives up to its reputation.
I always come here when I go near Sorae Port. It's very clean, and I like that you can eat ramen in the cafeteria. The ice water dispenser seems really good!
It was neat and I had a comfortable time~ There are lots of nearby places to eat so getting around is easy~ Good.
I always love this place~~ I will keep coming back~~

Usage Guide
1. Check-in — We will verify your ID at the kiosk.
2. Check-out Extension — 10,000 won per hour (20,000 won per hour for party rooms)
3. Additional Guests - Per excess guest: 10,000 won for ages 0–12 / 20,000 won for ages 13 and up
4. Parking - Up to 2 vehicles per guest room / Up to 4 vehicles for party rooms; 24-hour free registration (Please note that registration expires upon exiting the parking lot and cannot be re-registered.)
5. Parking Registration - You must register with the T-Map parking system before exiting the parking lot. @If you exit without registering, the fees paid on-site are absolutely non-refundable @
6. Karaoke Booth Usage Restrictions - 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
7. An additional fee of 20,000 won will be charged for consecutive night stays booked on Sunday following a Saturday stay. (Payment at the front desk)

Parking is available for 2 cars per room and 4 cars per party room.
You can register your vehicle directly at check-in.
We have ample parking available down to the 3rd basement level.
You may park in advance before check-in.
A 24-hour discount voucher is applied, allowing you to park for free.
(The discount expires upon exiting the parking lot; registration is limited to a maximum of 2 times.)
Amounts charged and paid due to failure to register the coupon properly are non-refundable.

Guests using the two-story party rooms are advised to exercise caution to prevent accidents.
Karaoke operating hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM on weekdays and weekends.
You will be charged for any damage to the wallpaper caused by attaching event supplies.
You will be liable for damages in the event of a fire caused by candle-lit events or similar activities.
