The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and offers excellent value for money. It's a place I'd like to stay at again on my next trip.

This place has such great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Gangneung; you won't regret it. ^^

Clean.

We stayed very comfortably and had a great time with the kids. We have a baby who drinks formula, and the bottled water being unlimited and free was so appreciated.

1. The hotel restaurant does not provide breakfast. The SamSong Bakery and Cafe on the 1st floor operate from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Brunch orders available from 9:00 AM).

2. Rooms are randomly assigned based on cleaning status on the day and may differ from the representative room photos. (If you prefer a specific room, please inquire in advance before check-in.)

3. Due to the Environmental Protection Act prohibiting the free provision of disposable items, amenities provided in the room are shampoo, body cleanser, conditioner, and soap. Please bring disposable items such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, or use the vending machines on the 1st floor at the front desk.

4. Minors can check in accompanied by family members, and independent use or co-habitation is prohibited. (ID checks for minors will be conducted before check-in, so please be sure to bring your ID.)

5. There are no computers in the rooms. When using OTT services such as Netflix and Disney, you can log in with your personal ID to watch. Free Wi-Fi is available.

6. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms; please use outside the building if you wish to smoke. (Pets are not allowed.)

6. Use may be refused or vehicle removal measures may be taken if there is a risk of damaging the parking lot's structural facilities, if flammable or combustible materials are loaded, or if parking is difficult due to the vehicle's structure.
