The standard room is smaller than in the photos, and the soundproofing is poor. Footsteps and conversations from inside the property and the neighboring room are all audible... It was noisy when trying to sleep.

The place itself is clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the individual boiler and water pressure are excellent, and everything was great until I tried to sleep.... The soundproofing is terrible. I don't think the neighbors were trying to be loud on purpose, but sounds carry as if the next room is in the same house. Normal conversation, TV noise, and music from the next room were all loudly audible to the point you could do a music-quiz from it.. The neighboring room stayed up until dawn, and conversations and moans were as if someone was right at the door.. Even if I tolerate hallway noise because there is no inner door, the noise through the walls is really bad.... I thought about knocking on the neighbor's door to ask them to be quiet a hundred times, but I was afraid of getting attacked in the middle of the night, so I held back.. Since it is unmanned, there was no one at a counter to report it to, and it drove me crazy. It is close to the station, clean, and newly built so I liked it a lot, but I have never stayed somewhere with such bad soundproofing before..
