- The orientation of the beds, the view, and the interior design in each room may differ from the photos.

- Guests exceeding the standard occupancy for each room are not permitted. (Please contact the front desk if additional guests are expected.)

- A fee of 20,000 won applies for requests for additional bedding. (Advance reservation required.)

- Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

- Room cleaning service is not provided as standard.

- For guests staying multiple nights, an additional fee of 20,000 won will apply if room cleaning service is required.

- Minors may stay only when accompanied by a legal guardian. (Unaccompanied stays are not permitted.)

- Please be sure to bring a valid ID, as we may verify your identity depending on the situation.

- You can use the mechanical parking tower inside the building after showing your reservation message to the parking management office.

- Paid parking: Daily rate (24 hours) 10,000 won / Monthly rate (5 nights or more) 44,000 won

- The monthly parking fee applies from a stay of 5 nights or more through the check-out date (up to a maximum of 30 nights).

Example: For a 7-night stay, you can park for 7 nights at the monthly parking rate.

- Only vehicles with a length of 5.2 meters, a width of 2.1 meters, a height of 1.5 meters (passenger cars) or 1.8 meters (SUVs), and a weight of 2 metric tons or less are permitted to park.

- Please be sure to verify these dimensions based on the actual measurements listed on your vehicle registration certificate before your visit.

- Electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles are not permitted to park due to weight restrictions and safety concerns.

- If the lot is full or your vehicle is not permitted to park here, we will direct you to a nearby parking lot.

- All areas within the rooms and the building are non-smoking zones. (Including outdoor balconies)

- A penalty of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking (including e-cigarettes).

- Cooking is permitted in all rooms except Standard Rooms.

- Standard Rooms do not have dishes or tables (cooking not permitted).

- Please refrain from cooking meat, fried foods, or fish in your room.

- To prevent fires, please be sure to turn off the power after using any heating appliances.

- Please note that this facility does not allow pets, so you cannot bring your pet with you.

While we strive to ensure a safe stay, please be advised that the property cannot be held liable for accidents caused by guest negligence,

and that in the event of damage to or loss of items, compensation will be claimed based on the original purchase price.
