I booked it for the holiday and paid a high price, but the cleanliness was disappointing. There were pizza stains on the pillowcase and on the duvet, and a tissue was left behind the bed... Since prices are higher during the holiday, I wish you would check cleanliness more carefully.

If you wish to extend your stay by one additional day on the day you check out of a Stay Room, you must book the Stay Room option to avoid being charged the consecutive night surcharge on-site. ♥All rooms are based on occupancy for two guests; an additional fee of 15,000 won per person will be charged on-site for each additional guest. Parking Information

- Day-use guests cannot use the hotel parking lot; only guests with the “Random Parking” option may use the parking lot.

- Location: If the hotel parking lot is full, free parking is available at “Hwangje Parking Lot.”

- Hours of Operation: Regardless of check-in time, you can park for up to 15 hours by picking up a parking ticket and visiting the hotel.

(The hotel is not responsible for any additional fees incurred due to parking early or leaving late.)

- How to Use: Be sure to have your parking ticket stamped at the front desk “upon check-in.”

(It is not possible to get the ticket stamped at checkout.)

- Important Notes: If you lose your parking ticket and need a replacement, the hotel will not re-stamp it, and you will be responsible for the parking fees. Please note that if you bring your car to a parking lot where parking is not permitted, you will be responsible for the parking fees regardless of the hotel’s policy.

- One car per room is allowed for a single night’s stay. If you remove your car from the Hwangje Parking Lot before checkout, it will count toward your free parking allowance.

- For consecutive nights’ stays, please inquire with the hotel in advance.

Terms of Use

1. All hotel rooms are non-smoking.

If caught smoking, you will be asked to check out and will be charged a 300,000 won fine for cleaning costs. If a smoke alarm is triggered due to smoking and the fire department is dispatched, you will be handed over to the police and may be sentenced to a fine of up to 10 million won.

2. Valuables must be stored at the front desk; the hotel assumes no liability for valuables not stored there, in accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act.

3. Damage to or theft of items in the guest room may result in criminal prosecution.

4. We may request to verify your identification. If you do not present valid identification, we reserve the right to refuse check-in; no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.

(If a minor is found on the premises, no refund will be issued, and the individual will be handed over to the police.)

5. All rooms are based on occupancy for two people. An additional fee of 15,000 won per person applies for extra guests. If three or more people check in secretly without going through the front desk, all guests will be asked to check out immediately without a refund.

6. A 30,000 won laundry fee will be charged for soiled bedding, and a penalty fee will be assessed for damage to room property.

Cancellation Policy

★Minors are not permitted to stay in the same room as adults, and cancellations or refunds are not available for this reason.

★Guests causing noise or disturbances will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.

In the event of excessive noise, disturbances, loud shouting, or disorderly conduct due to alcohol consumption,

guests will be forcibly removed to ensure the comfort of other guests, and no refunds will be issued.

★Check-in and Check-out Times for Guests with Reservations

Check-in deadline: 3:00 AM, Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Late check-out until 3:00 PM)

If you do not arrive by the check-in deadline, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.

★Same-day check-in packages are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

★Full cancellation is possible within 1 hour of completing your reservation (MY Page → Reservation History).

★Even if it is within 1 hour of completing your reservation, cancellation and refunds are not possible once the check-in time has passed.
