This is a non-face-to-face self-check-in guesthouse.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Check-in instructions will be sent via text message upon reservation confirmation.

Unauthorized entry or stay by external guests beyond the reserved number will result in immediate eviction without refund upon detection.

Do not use items that pose a fire risk.

For early check-in or late check-out, please inquire at least 24 hours in advance. (Additional fees apply.)

Severe stains on bedding and fabric products will incur special cleaning or replacement fees.

You must compensate for any damage or theft of items within the property.

Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM for the sake of other guests and neighbors. (Forced eviction if complaints occur)

Cooking Information

Only simple cooking is allowed. (Cooking strong-smelling or smoky foods such as meat, fish, and seafood is prohibited.)

If the smell of meat, fish, seafood, or cooking traces are found in the room after check-out, a cleaning fee will be charged!

Please wash and organize used dishes.

Pet Information: No pets allowed.

Parking Information: There is no parking space, so you must park in a paid parking lot near the property.
