Legally, co-ed stays for youths under 19 are not allowed. If the property denies entry for this reason, cancellation/refund is not possible.

For same-sex stays of minors under 19, a guardian's consent form must be submitted.
If not submitted, check-in will be denied on the day of arrival and no refund will be processed.
