The meals were delicious and refreshing; it was a great experience.
I was satisfied with both breakfast and dinner, and I was very pleased with the bathroom.
I'll come visit again.
Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The room was also very pretty, like it had a Japanese style.
As a ryokan-style hot spring lodging, it is nicely decorated with a quaint Japanese atmosphere. The bedding was clean and the meals were decent, so overall it was okay. However, many details were lacking and I hope they pay more attention to them. 1) The bathroom is separated in an ondol-style area, but the exhaust fan did not work. I wish they would check the facilities before guests check in. If couples come, a fecal odor could ruin the mood and lead to a breakup. I refused the offer to change rooms when I was tired and had already unpacked, but please do preventive checks in advance instead of taking after-the-fact measures. 2) There is no separate reception desk and it feels like part-timers are running things, which is odd. 3) The intercom’s front-desk speed-dial did not work, so I had to dig through the manual to find the hotel phone number. I do not understand how that could be. 4) The living-room manual board was sticky and stained, so it looked unhygienic and I did not want to touch it. 5) I was also bothered to see guests’ set dinners placed uncovered and exposed on a cart next to the front desk. 6) The men’s geta had the toe loop covering completely worn off, leaving only the inner threads exposed, so they looked shabby. It felt like there was no maintenance at all, which was unpleasant. And yet they expect you to wear them... haha. Except for two men’s geta that were provided, the rest looked dreadful. If they only pay attention to these issues, this could be a very nice hotel.
I really like it. The quality of the breakfast and dinner is excellent. The private bath completely relieves fatigue. I want to come back when the weather is a bit warmer and use the pool! Highly recommended.
I booked based on reviews and stayed one night. In short, I think a nearby pension, guesthouse, or minbak would have been much better. For a hotel that cost 465,000 won, it was unimaginable. I almost wanted to get my money back from whoever runs the app. The staff's responses felt formal, mechanical, and tired, the allowed time for meals was only 15 minutes, and I stayed in Building B but was greeted in the lobby by a stacked pile of bottled water (it felt like there were no rooms and I had to pay 460,000 won to beg for a place to stay for a while). The landscaping around the building was totally unkempt, making the flowerbeds look abandoned... At that price, if someone told me to go back or if a friend planned to go, I would follow them with a packed lunch and try to stop them. I even resent the people who manage the Yanolja app.
Very satisfied for the price.
The food was delicious!! There was more meat than I expected, and the room seemed a bit small for a family, but I went with my mom and it was nice!!

The accommodation stayed true to its concept and met expectations. I was especially pleased to have bathed twice in the hinoki bath. However, I wish there were high-quality toilet paper in the bedroom instead of café tissues. That seems like an item there would clearly be a need for.
