Ventimo Hotel & Residence Jeju

I often use Ventimo, which is close to the airport, at the start or end of my Jeju trip. I think it's the most cost-effective accommodation. One drawback... During check-in, evening hours, and check-out, since there is only one elevator, waiting times are long and it's frustrating... The rest was largely fine. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and a system where you can easily buy needed items from vending machines on the first floor. I had a good stay.

I thought it would be noisy because it's close to the airport, but it was very quiet and pleasant.

Clean, friendly, and I like that the rooms are fairly soundproof. The gym was simple; it was good for using the dumbbells and treadmill. Ah, parking is very convenient. However, there are too many foreigners. Those people... are they clean?

It was an enjoyable and worthwhile stay.

I knew the parking was mechanical, but when I arrived I was surprised to be told my SUV was too large for the machine parking and they directed me to a nearby parking lot. That was never mentioned beforehand, and with all my luggage it was very embarrassing. The other parking lots are quite a walk, so I parked in what seemed to be the staff parking that was closest, but there was a chain blocking the lot. They should have given a passcode or notice beforehand. It stayed locked until checkout the next day, so I had to go back to the hotel to find out what to do. There was a parking attendant who manages the mechanical parking, so I really do not understand why we had to go through such an inconvenient situation. The staff response was also disappointing. The hotel itself was very clean, in good condition, and the view was nice, so I liked it, but most guests seemed to be Chinese, Dongmun Market is a bit far, and the parking situation was so inconvenient that I probably will not stay here again.

This was a place I booked urgently after my flight was canceled. As the name implies, it functions like a hotel where you can do mobile self check-in and self check-out, and the first floor had amenities available for purchase, free laundry, and a free gym. I was too tired to use them, but it was one of the better services I have seen at hotels. However, parking is mechanical and the number of spots is limited. The free parking they directed me to is a 10-15 minute walk away. If there are no spaces there you might have to park in an alley, but there were no spots at all so I ended up paying for parking. Also, before 9 AM... do you clean rooms right after check-out? Check-out is 11 AM, so I was resting, but the vacuuming noise from above was loud and woke me up. If check-out is 11 AM and check-in is 3 PM, shouldn't cleaning be done after 11? Not even after 10, but why do you clean so early in the morning?
