It was clean and nice, and the owner is very kind.

The room interior was clean and the overall condition was good, so I was satisfied. However, it was inconvenient that there was no guidance on how to watch OTT services on the TV. I may have operated it incorrectly, but there was no related manual or instructions in the room, and when I asked, I received only a simple instruction like "set it to external input," which made it hard for a first-time user to know which external input to select. When the issue was not resolved, I contacted them again and a staff member came in person and fixed the problem. However, I felt their attitude was somewhat unfriendly during the interaction. My companion in another room had the same issue, and although I told them it seemed to be the same user error as in my room, they insisted on checking that room in person and requested multiple visits. My companion is female, and since an in-person check did not seem strictly necessary, I said it was fine, but their persistence in checking made us uncomfortable. The room itself was good, but the OTT usage manual and customer service need significant improvement.
I stayed comfortably at a clean place...
