The view was nice, and we were able to enjoy an unexpected weekend jazz performance at the wine bar in front. The coffee they brewed for us was also delicious.
1. I believe cleanliness is fundamental for accommodations, but the bathroom floor is very slippery. There is a lot of grime on it. The room floor feels sticky. 2. I don’t know what the previous guest did, but the toilet water pressure is very weak and it wouldn’t flush. I arrived late at night, and since it’s self-service I reported it but no action was taken, so I couldn’t use the bathroom. 3. Smells travel between rooms. Late at night someone in an adjacent or downstairs room was grilling fish, and smoke filled our room and the fishy smell lingered for hours, which was very distressing. 4. The sea view is not bad, and they provided something like breakfast ramen in the morning, which I enjoyed. 5. Due to the poor cleanliness and hygiene, I have no intention of returning or recommending this place.

### Notice Regarding Cancellations and Refunds (Must Read) ###
Even in the event of a flight cancellation due to a natural disaster,
the accommodation provider is not legally obligated to provide a 100% refund,
and neither booking sites, the Consumer Protection Agency, nor the Fair Trade Commission
can enforce or compel such a refund.
This is entirely at the accommodation’s discretion,
and the right to cancel on the day of check-in rests solely with the accommodation.
Generally, most customers believe that if a flight is canceled
due to a natural disaster, a 100% refund is automatically required,
, but this is not stipulated anywhere
in the law.
However, as a matter of good faith,
1. For flight cancellations on the day of check-in, a 30% refund will be provided
(subject to verification upon presentation of
both the guest’s flight reservation details and
proof of cancellation)
2. Cancellations due to flight cancellations on the following day are not permitted.
If a flight is canceled on the day after the scheduled check-in date,
a 30% refund will be issued in accordance with rule #1.
Other than these cases, requests to cancel reservations due to
COVID-19 or personal circumstances are not permitted.
