The bathroom is clean, but the floor is sticky.
This is an unmanned kiosk, but my reservation was not properly confirmed, and after I checked in and was resting, someone else opened the door and came in. I thought it was a mistake and was going to let it go, but at 5:30 AM I received a phone call asking if I had checked in. Is this normal?
