Suwon (Seryu Station) Orago

Orago Stay is a comfortable resting place where you can quietly unwind from the day's fatigue.

It provides 'perfect rest' with subtle lighting and clean room conditions.

When you need a change of pace from your busy daily life or want to rest deeply without noise, spend some leisurely time at Orago Stay.

Netflix and YouTube are available in all rooms starting from April 20, 2022.

Room rates are based on 2 people.

An additional 10,000 KRW per person, per night (on-site payment) will be charged for exceeding the standard occupancy.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted, and if the reserved number of guests differs from the actual number, adjustments will be required at check-in.

For Suite Semi Gaming Room / Family Suite, a small topper (portable mattress) can be provided when additional guests are using the room. (Guide upon request)

Suite Semi Gaming Room: Features a double + queen size bed configuration for spacious and comfortable use.

Family Suite: Has a kitchen, allowing for simple food preparation. (Please refrain from strong cooking or strongly odorous foods)

Additionally, washing machines are available in shared facilities for guest convenience.

Guests can use the on-site parking lot for free. (1 car allowed per room)

Parking is available for up to 15 cars, but the lot may be full on weekends/holidays, in which case we may provide guidance depending on the situation.

Especially for guests using the 'Walk-In Special' product, vehicle parking is strictly prohibited, and an additional 20,000 KRW will be charged on-site if parking is detected.

We may request ID verification at check-in if necessary, so please bring it with you.

Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to mixed-gender minor reservations.

Pets are not allowed for a pleasant environment, and cancellations/refunds due to this are not possible.

For room safety, the bringing in of fire-inducing materials is prohibited, and compensation for damages may be claimed if a fire/damage occurs.

Reservation change/cancellation fees are primarily subject to the regulations of the booking platform used.

Rates may vary during peak seasons/specific dates/holidays (including the day before).

Please be sure to use your real name for the reservation. (Entry may be restricted if an alias is used)

Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate bookings may occur. In such cases, we will regrettably inform you of unavailability and provide a 100% refund.

For rooms assigned at check-in, specifying the view/bed type may be difficult.
