The owner was friendly and the accommodation was cozy, which I liked.

They are friendly and it's very clean! This is my second time using it, and I think I'll use it often from now on.

The owner is very kind. The room is also very warm. We had a great time with our baby and are leaving now.

Everything was satisfying. Kindness, cleanliness I want to give 1000 points! I will definitely revisit. Maybe because they run it as a family, they were genuinely very kind and I liked that. Honestly I want to list every little thing they did for us, but I will hold back because if others ask for the same it might be hard on the owner haha. You cannot capture it with just the photos and description in the ad. The kids also said it was the best and insisted I leave a review, so I'm leaving one^^ In any case, trust me and definitely come visit—I recommend it!

The owner was kind and the room condition is good! I watched the sunrise and rested for a bit. There is also a window so ventilation was good and I was satisfied.

I booked two rooms. The rooms were okay overall, but there were several problems: - One room had drafts, so even with the heater on the air felt cold. After telling the front desk we switched to another room. - The water pressure in the replacement room was very weak (7th floor). We were told the 3rd floor had acceptable pressure, so it seems pressure may vary by floor. - There was no soundproofing at all; you could hear water running in other rooms' bathrooms and traffic outside clearly. If you are sensitive to noise, this would be very problematic. - In the morning when I turned on the hot water to wash, brown water came out... After reporting it to the front desk they said they had shut a valve that day so the water tank was emptied, but they asked for a contact number and said they would call back later and then never did... There are some positives. The staff responded kindly, and we were given a welcome drink. If the issues with drafts and sudden rusty water had not occurred, this would have been a decent place to stay. It might be an okay cheap option if you only need a place to sleep, but I personally would not come back. + I am adding the following in response to the reply left for us. 1. Did one of our party demand a refund? - I am that man. I never once asked for a refund. I only showed the front desk a video of the brown water and said, "You should check this out." 2. Room change two hours after 5:00 PM check-in - The check-in time is after 7:00 PM, not 5:00 PM. There were four of us traveling, and after check-in we stayed in another room for about an hour before moving into the problematic room. It was not an issue with the underfloor heating; the room felt cold because of the draft. (The room was colder than the hallway, and the replacement room had no draft.) We were not being overly sensitive; objectively the room was cold. We clearly experienced the problems mentioned above and wrote only the facts. It is regrettable that you dismiss us as just being overly sensitive customers. I hope you address the points I raised so you can receive better reviews next time.
