Refund available 7 days in advance after a 10% deduction
Refunds with a 30% deduction if canceled 5 days in advance
Refunds with a 50% deduction if canceled 3 days in advance
Refunds with an 80% deduction if canceled 1 day in advance
No refunds for same-day cancellations
If identification (resident registration card or driver’s license) is requested upon check-in and check-in is denied due to the guest being a minor or failing to present valid ID, cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited.
One vehicle per room is permitted. (Additional parking is not allowed.)
Shared accommodations for three or more people are not permitted.
Standard, Twin, Luxury, Rooftop, and Glamping Rooms are OTT-exclusive rooms.
