This is a non-face-to-face check-in, and check-in guide will be sent to your contact number at 1 PM on the check-in day.

For same-day reservations, there may be a waiting time of up to 1 hour for room information to be sent.

Early/late check-in/out incurs an hourly fee and may be difficult depending on room availability.

Inquiries and requests can be made via Urbanstay chatbot or phone, and are available 24 hours.

Paid parking (tower-type mechanical parking) 7,700 KRW/day, 99,000 KRW/month

- Daily parking fee applies from 16:00 on check-in day to 11:00. Additional fees apply for parking outside these hours (1,500 KRW per 30 minutes).

Only vehicles with actual specifications stated on the vehicle registration certificate (total length 5m, total width 1.95m, total height 1.7m, weight under 2 tons) are allowed.

Parking is not allowed for vehicles outside the above stated specifications, and electric vehicles are not permitted due to weight limitations and safety concerns.

Direct entry/exit is required after 22:00 on weekdays and 18:00 on weekends.

Parking Tower No. 2 (near the hotel entrance) operates only from 08:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 18:00 on weekends.

If parking is unavailable or the lot is full, guests must use nearby parking facilities at their own expense.

All rooms are non-smoking.

As part of environmental protection efforts, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste sets are not provided as standard, and bathroom amenities are prepared in large quantities.

Chargers, hair curlers, and skincare products are not provided.

Basic cleaning is not provided during the stay.

If room cleaning service is required, please inquire at the mobile front desk one day in advance, and we will kindly assist you (paid service).

Simple cooking allowed in all rooms.

Cooking meat, fried foods, and fish is prohibited in the room.

All facilities in the room are set for the standard number of guests, and exceeding the maximum occupancy is not allowed.

Infants under 37 months are not included in the number of guests.

Minors are only permitted to stay if accompanied by a legal guardian.

Please note that accompanying pets is not supported.

If you enter the room arbitrarily before the check-in time, a penalty of 30,000 KRW may be charged.

While we strive for a safe stay, the accommodation cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence, and please be informed that there is a process to claim compensation for the original purchase price in case of damage or loss of items.

All areas within the building, including external balconies, are non-smoking. Smoking will incur a damage fee of 150,000 KRW or prohibit future bookings at all branches.

If guests cause harm or engage in threatening behavior to other users, forced eviction will occur.

Please be considerate of each other during "manner time" after 21:00.

If the room condition is poor due to guest use after check-out, a special cleaning fee may be charged.

The bed direction, view, and prop design in the room may differ from the photos.

The room rate includes taxes and service charges.
