The location is convenient and it is fairly clean.
Clean and the location is okay, but the soundproofing seems a bit lacking.
The room is clean and it seems they pay attention to the hallway scent.
They advertise a maximum short-stay time of 4 hours, but don't be fooled. They open reservations by continuously extending available time in 30-minute increments. No matter how early you book, you can only use it for up to 3 hours. I booked expecting 4 hours, but I was actually only able to use it for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Keep this in mind when booking. The property should change the listed use time to 3 hours.

★Information on Check-out Time: For reservations made at 11:00 PM, check-out time is 10:30 PM.
★On weekends and public holidays, room usage must end 10 minutes before the check-out time.
Example: 1. For a reservation from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, you may use the room until 5:50 PM.
2. For a reservation from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, you may use the room until 6:20 PM.
3. For a reservation from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, you may use the room until 10:30 PM.
Please note that due to the reservation system’s configuration, time slots are not set in minute increments; this information is provided in our usage guidelines to help prevent any misunderstandings.
Please be advised that cancellations or refunds are not permitted for this reason.
1. This accommodation prohibits minors from sharing a room with adults.
Additionally, if you are asked to present identification and you do not have it with you or your identity cannot be verified, you will not be permitted to stay at the accommodation.
2. Shared accommodation for three or more adults is also prohibited; please note that refunds cannot be issued after booking due to this policy.
3. Air conditioning in the rooms will be available starting in mid-April (after the 15th), once maintenance and inspections are complete.
4. Air conditioning is suspended during the winter season.

Additional fee per person: 20,000 won (30,000 won on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
2. Additional fee for a 1-hour extension beyond the standard usage time: 15,000 KRW; for a 2-hour extension, the full daily rental fee will apply.
1) For time extensions, a period of 15 minutes past the hour is considered one hour, and the corresponding fee will be charged.
2) Depending on hotel room availability, additional time or guests may not be permitted.
3. Staff Late-Night Break Schedule
Staff breaks are from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Break times may be adjusted flexibly depending on circumstances.
Light refreshments, towels, and bathrobes are available at the front desk; please feel free to use them.
4. Hair straighteners are available for free rental at the front desk.
5. Guests are liable for compensation in the event of damage to hotel property or damage to furnishings and belongings within guest rooms.
6. Please be advised that reservations made due to incorrect room rate entries or errors will be automatically canceled. (We will notify you via the landline or mobile number provided during booking.)
As parking space is limited, please be sure to inquire before making a reservation if you plan to arrive by car.
If you arrive by car without prior inquiry, please note that parking will not be available even if you check in by car, as the lot may be full. We appreciate your understanding.
(For Deluxe Early Check-in guests, we recommend walking. If you wish to park, an additional fee will apply, so please be sure to inquire in advance.)

Same-day cancellations due to the inability to park after arriving with a vehicle without prior inquiry are not permitted.

Since the interior design varies from room to room even within the same room type, if you have a specific room in mind, please contact the front desk after making your reservation.
Since room assignments are random upon check-in, guests who require a bathtub or a computer are asked to contact the front desk upon arrival, and we will assign you to your preferred room.
The room images shown are representative and may differ from the actual room.

Deluxe rooms are divided into those with a bathtub and a computer, and those without.
If you plan to be out for an extended period, please leave your room key at the front desk.
If you lose your key after failing to leave it at the front desk, a reissuance fee of 50,000 won will apply.
Smart TVs are available in all guest rooms.

The Netflix account provided by the hotel is no longer available for viewing. (Restrictions on use in shared facilities)
Instead, you can watch using your personal account.
The availability and use of the Netflix account may vary depending on the hotel’s circumstances.
2) YouTube
You can watch YouTube without any account restrictions.
We only provide platforms that can be viewed at the hotel. (Use your personal account.) Wavve is not available.
The in-room PC can only run programs provided by the vendor.
(Installation of external programs is not permitted.)

Pursuant to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash, other valuables, and valuables left inside vehicles must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the partner establishment assumes no liability for cash or other valuables not deposited at the front desk.
We assume no liability for items lost in guest rooms after check-out.
Please check to ensure you have not left any items behind when checking out.
All food and medication left in the room after checkout will be discarded (including unopened items).
Lost items confirmed with you at the front desk will be held for 7 days. After 7 days, all items will be discarded.
If you do not come to claim your lost items on the scheduled date, those items will also be discarded in their entirety.
We are unable to store a large number of lost items for extended periods, so we ask for your understanding in this matter.
If you have not checked in by 3:00 AM after making a reservation, your room will be marked as a NO-SHOW.
However, our reservation staff will contact you via text message or phone between 12:00 PM and 1:00 AM to confirm your expected check-in time, so guests with late check-in reservations must reply.
We will contact you at the number provided at the time of booking. Please note that if we are unable to reach you or if we do not hear from you by 3:00 AM, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.
Please be advised that refunds cannot be issued for cancellations due to the above circumstances.
Guests planning to check in after 3:00 AM must contact the front desk.

For on-site payments, cancellations and refunds are not possible once payment is complete; this will be verbally confirmed again at the time of payment.
For bank transfers, a cancellation and refund notice, along with the account number, will be sent via text message to your cell phone.
Please note that guests who make a reservation by car will be considered to have checked in as soon as they park, and their room will be made available immediately.
We would like to remind you once again that cancellations and refunds are not possible after check-in.
Deluxe 2pc and Premium room 2pc are standard specification PCs. (They are not gaming PCs.)
Customers who primarily play games must book the Premium room 2pc with high specifications.
Room transfers through secondhand transactions occasionally occur these days, but if the booker is not present during ID verification at check-in, entry will be denied.
Transfers are neither sold nor bought.
