❗Anti-theft systems are in place for in-room amenities.

★When using the kiosk, please follow the on-screen instructions.

☆Only one vehicle per room may be parked.

★Chargers, headphones, hairspray, and other items are kept at the front desk and can be borrowed upon request.

☆Compensation will be required for any damage or destruction caused by dyeing hair or throwing objects.

★Minors are not permitted to stay; please be sure to bring a valid ID upon check-in.

☆To maintain a comfortable guest environment, all rooms are non-smoking.

★Please adhere to the designated check-out time. If you need to extend your stay, please contact a staff member. (If you are more than 30 minutes late checking out after 11:00 PM, it will be treated as an additional night’s stay.)

☆All rooms are based on a maximum occupancy of two guests. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we do not accept additional guests. Refunds are not available for this reason.

★Lost items are held for one month (30 days); after that period, all lost items will be disposed of.

Customers who have used the service 7 times are eligible for one free use on weekdays!

Customers who have used the service 10 times are eligible for one free use on weekends!

Event rooms (pedestrian-only) are not eligible for points accumulation—membership cannot be used on the same day.

☆Pets must be declared at check-in; large dogs (10 kg or more, 40 cm or taller) are not permitted.

One pet per room is allowed free of charge; additional pets are charged 20,000 won per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed.

★You are responsible for any accidents caused by your negligence.

☆Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly rooms; access to other rooms may be restricted.

★You may be charged for any damage caused to the room.

☆Basic supplies are provided, but please bring any additional items you may need.

★You may not leave your pet unattended while you are out.

☆Please bring your pet into the room in a carrier or carry it in your arms.

★In the event of excessive noise, you may be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be issued.

☆Only dogs and cats are permitted.

★Please note that the establishment assumes no liability.

The 2PC gaming room is equipped with an i5-9400, GTX 1660, a 27-inch gaming monitor, a gaming chair, and a 75-inch smart TV.

For rooms with a gaming bathtub, please make a reservation and contact us in advance to let us know, and we will book a room with a bathtub for you.

All OTT services are available in Premium Rooms.

For full-time stays, check-in after 7:00 PM

will all be subject to a check-out time of 7:00 PM.

(Even if you arrive after the 7:00 PM check-in time, check-out remains at 7:00 PM.)

If you check in before 7:00 PM, please let us know in advance when you make your reservation, and we’ll calculate your stay as a 24-hour period starting from the time of your early check-in! (Excluding public holidays)
