Everything was good, including cleanliness and accessibility.
The accommodation is in a condition that makes me unlikely to come back.
- Under the bedside cabinet there was an uncleaned, used condom. - Long hairs on the bed that had not been cleaned. (I am a man) - At 4:27 AM there was a loud, hot-sounding noise from upstairs; the room has no soundproofing so I woke up. (They can sleep fine even with the TV on.) This review will probably be deleted by the business soon, but I am leaving it anyway.
I use this place every time and it's great. The owner is friendly~!!

Not bad — for the low price, that's about what you get.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Maybe it was because it was right after a short-stay guest left, but it's near a university, so there are many short-stay bookings on weekends, and because of that the room smelled of smoke. It's a motel so I understand it's hard to avoid, but it was a bit disappointing.
It's clean and great for sleeping.
