Sillim U Hotel (U HOTEL)

1. An additional fee of 10,000 won per person applies when two or more people check into a room (charged separately).

2. Parking is not available for standard rooms (please contact the hotel in advance if absolutely necessary). Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles in front of the building. Large vehicles and trucks cannot be parked due to limited space in the parking lot.

3. Pets are allowed in all rooms (an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per pet per night applies). Pet supplies are not provided, so please bring your own (e.g., potty pads, food bowls, etc.).

4. Six OTT services (Netflix, YouTube, Watcha, TVING, Disney+, Apple TV) are available.

5. Cat Room on the 1st floor: Free admission for hotel guests. Personal pets are not allowed. Outside pet food and treats are prohibited.

6. Minors are not permitted to check in. No refunds will be issued. (Presenting an ID on a phone is not accepted.)

7. Guests who cause disturbances to other rooms—such as loud noise or slamming doors—will be subject to immediate eviction

8. Parking is provided free of charge; however, we are not liable for any damage or theft

9. Room rates are subject to real-time price fluctuations

. Hotel guests may enter the Cat Room on the first floor for free. To ensure the cats’ safety and health, outside food and treats are prohibited!

. Board games available for free rental on the first floor. Please return them to their original place after use ^^ (A fine will be charged if left in the room or in case of loss or theft)

. All rooms are now equipped with 6 OTT services (Netflix, YouTube, Watcha, TVING, Disney+, Apple TV)!

★ General Information: Check-out and Bedding.

To extend your stay after the scheduled check-out time, you must prepay for one rental period (based on 4 hours).

We do not provide advance notice when your stay ends. Please ensure you check out on time.

Overtime fees (10,000 won per hour) will be automatically charged after the scheduled check-out time.

A laundry fee of 10,000 won (prepaid) applies for each additional set of bedding.

The number of bedding sets is limited. Advance requests are required.

Availability may be limited on a first-come, first-served basis.

During consecutive-night stays, the room cleaning fee is 10,000 KRW per cleaning (payable in advance).

Compensation for damages will be charged in the event of damage to bedding (such as irreparable stains or damage caused by cigarette burns), damage to property, or theft (applicable both inside and outside the room).

Customers must contact NOL directly to cancel or modify NOL reservations.

Cancellations or changes to NOL reservations are not handled by our establishment.

Two days before check-in: 50% refund

All other cases: 100% refund
