●Only one vehicle per room is permitted.

● Please be advised that, effective March 2024, the provision of certain single-use items is restricted in accordance with regulations limiting the use of single-use items [Article 10 of the Act on the Promotion of Resource Conservation and Recycling (Restriction on the Use of Single-Use Items, etc.)].

In support of environmentally conscious ESG management, we are selling select single-use amenity sets for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk if you wish to purchase them.

The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in your room are reusable products and available for free use.

●Room cleaning for multi-night stays is available upon request at the front desk; it is not provided without a request. (Requests for room cleaning during multi-night stays must be made by 5:00 PM.)

●For early check-in or late check-out, a fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged.

●Twin rooms are based on occupancy for 2 guests, but may accommodate up to 3 guests of the same gender (mixed-gender occupancy not permitted) and are available upon payment of the additional guest fee (please inquire separately for extra bedding).

●All other room types are based on a standard occupancy of 2 guests per room. (Mixed-gender occupancy for 3 or more guests is not permitted.)

●Please adhere to check-in and check-out times to allow for room maintenance and cleaning.(There may be a wait.)

●The following are strictly prohibited in the rooms: use of open flames, cooking, smoking, hair dyeing, events (such as the use of candles or tape that may damage wallpaper), and breaking glass bottles. (You may be held liable for damages.)

●We are not responsible for lost items other than those left at the front desk.

●Minors are not permitted to use this facility. (Those born in 2007 or earlier are permitted entry.) Identification (resident registration card, passport, driver’s license, etc.) may be checked to verify minor status.

●Entry will be denied (no refund) if you do not present valid identification.

●Disinfection is performed at least twice daily, and regular pest control is conducted monthly.

●Reservations made before any changes to rates or hours may be canceled or subject to additional fees.

● To ensure a smooth checkout for our guests, we offer a wake-up call service prior to checkout.

● For day use, we will contact you 40 minutes before your reservation ends; for overnight stays, we will contact you 40 minutes before checkout to remind you to prepare to leave your room.

● If you do not require a check-out reminder, please inform the front desk before or during your check-in, and we will not contact you regarding check-out preparations. Thank you.

●Pets are not allowed.

●Other Restrictions on Bringing Items into the Hotel

Foods with strong odors, such as skate sashimi, raw fish sashimi, various soups, shellfish, and other seafood,

are prohibited from being brought into guest rooms. (Refunds or reservation cancellations are not permitted for reasons related to this policy.)
