I'm a regular customer so I'm giving five stars, but I was very uncomfortable. Even if this is a smoking room, my wife hates the smell of cigarettes, so we never even considered smoking in the room. They may have caught something on CCTV, and although we frequently went outside to smoke, why would anyone smoke indoors knowing there is a 300,000 won fine??? I don't know where the cigarette smell came from, but I feel very wronged. They did not make us pay the fine and more or less believed my explanation, but I wish they had at least checked and told us they had evidence, for example seeing someone open a window and stick their head out to smoke. If we had been non-smokers, it would have been infuriating. I will visit again soon, but I wanted to leave this comment because I was upset.

I only use this place when I visit Suyu. Since every room is non-smoking, there is no trace of cigarette smell anywhere, so I can use it with peace of mind. The rooms are consistently clean and always neatly arranged, which builds trust.

My boiler at home suddenly broke, so I urgently searched nearby accommodations and made a reservation. The room was a standard room and compact, but very neat and clean, which I liked. Thanks to that I slept one warm night. The parking lot wasn't large, but a staff member did valet service so I had no worries. Above all, the staff were all so kind, almost to the point of making guests feel honored, haha. It was a sudden visit and I may not have a reason to return, but anyway I highly recommend this place ♡♡♡

I often go on business trips to Seoul (more than ten times a year). Out of the dozens of places I've stayed, this seems the cleanest. This was my third visit and it is consistently well maintained. From now on I think I'll only use this place~~♡ Being right in front of the subway station is a bonus for convenient transportation. ^^

I don't usually write reviews, but this was quite bad. From check-in there was an odd request to store our car key, and the room didn't seem properly cleaned — there was debris on the floor. I specifically chose a room with a bathtub, but the tub had not been cleaned and the drain seemed clogged so the water would not go away. We couldn't shower inside the tub and ended up washing outside of it. When we ran the water briefly, all kinds of debris floated in the tub, which was unbelievable. It was also ridiculous that the showerhead was positioned only toward the inside of the tub. The OTT kept showing loading whenever we tried to use it, and I don't know how long logging in would take, so we just gave up. Other than having individual heating, a suite in this condition makes me wonder what the lower-grade rooms are like. They need to fix the basics here.

The location is convenient and it was my first time using a spa room. The room was spacious and, above all, the sauna was great. After sweating and doing the spa once, I felt pleasantly sleepy right away. The owners were all very kind, so it was memorable. Excellent value for money 👍🏻👍🏻
