My girlfriend and I both woke up about 23 times because of nightmares. The owner who is here in the evening was unfriendly. The rooms are not soundproof, so I could hear a hairdryer from the next room.

Hello, this is JH9 Motel, with a new owner starting September 1st. It was previously operated under the name Brick12, but we are currently renovating all guest rooms.

General Policy, Cancellation/Refund Information

Designs vary by room, and a room different from the representative photo may be assigned.

After the end of the usage time, an additional fee of +10,000 KRW per hour will be charged for extended hours.

(However, for non-members, we will notify the fee, and if we cannot notify due to customer's circumstances, it will be automatically extended. e.g.: if we called or visited but customer was sleeping or out)

All rooms are based on 2 people, inquire about adding more people.

Cancellation/refund is not possible for the following reasons:

Minors are restricted from using the facility.

We check IDs for all guests upon check-in.

No ID, mixed-gender stay of minors, parking lot issues, difference in room image.

Incorrect reservation date/time.

For inquiries regarding reservation cancellation, please use the customer center.

Up to 1 day before check-in: no cancellation fee

On the day of check-in and No-Show: Non-refundable

Full cancellation is possible through the customer center within 15 minutes after reservation completion.

There may be a waiting time of approximately 20 minutes after the reservation time.

Other Usage Information

There is no parking lot, so car users must confirm this information.

Personal belongings can be stored before check-in.

We are not responsible for any lost items in the room after check-out. Also, long-term storage is difficult.

There are only 3 rooms with computers, so customers who wish to use them should inquire before making a reservation.

Benker rooms are semi-basement rooms with windows.

Booking Notice

Reservation Notice: Usage is restricted if you do not bring your ID. (If you do not bring your ID, usage is restricted and non-refundable.) Room rates are based on 2 people. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of occupants is required. Please check with the affiliated store directly for the availability of minors before proceeding with your reservation. Cancellation/refund is not possible for refusal of entry due to reservations for minors staying together. In case of cancellation due to partner's circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed. Room information may change frequently due to partner's circumstances. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.
