- Both Netflix and Disney are available; press the “S” button on the remote control to access them.(Please refer to the in-room information board)

- If you need additional bedding, we can provide up to one set per room, subject to availability. Please let us know before midnight (additional guest fees apply).

All guest rooms are non-smoking; please use the designated smoking area located at the rear entrance of the parking lot.

Denbasta Hotel conducts daily sanitation and disinfection procedures.

In the event of severe weather (typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, heavy snow, etc.), please keep the windows closed and follow the instructions of our staff.

Please comply with our hotel’s operating policies and regulations.

If you disrupt hotel operations or engage in inappropriate behavior—such as using informal language, verbal abuse, profanity, threats, or insulting remarks toward staff—you may be denied check-in or be subject to mandatory eviction.

Rooms are assigned at check-in based on the partner’s availability and may differ slightly from the image shown in the representative photo.

For day use or overnight stays, a staff member will contact you 30 minutes before checkout; if you exceed this time, an additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will apply.

The hotel assumes no responsibility for lost items, which will be disposed of within two weeks unless otherwise notified.

Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of facilities within the guest rooms and hotel premises, as well as for soiling laundry; they may be held liable for compensation for damages and subject to criminal penalties.

Please note that reservations cannot be canceled and refunds cannot be issued due to a lack of familiarity with hotel policies and guidelines.

Reservations cannot be canceled, refunded, or checked in for minors sharing a room, and pets are not permitted on the premises.

Room rates are subject to change daily based on availability, and cancellations or refunds due to rate changes are not permitted.

Payment for any additional charges will be explained and processed at check-in.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room.

An additional fee of 10,000 won per vehicle will be charged for extra parking.

If you park a vehicle after booking a “Walking Special” rate, an additional fee of 10,000 won will apply.

If the parking lot is full, we can direct you to an off-site parking lot; however, valet service is not available.

Guests using the parking lot must register their license plate number at the front desk.

(A separate parking fee may be charged if the vehicle is not registered.)
