Excellent value for money. Clean and the parking lot is very spacious.
The place was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleaning condition was very good. The bathroom was clean too... it felt like they really care. I was a bit surprised there were no slippers, but the floor looked clean and there was nothing to step on, so it was fine. Before sleeping I tried to close and lock the window, but the latch seemed broken and it wouldn’t lock, which made me a little uneasy. No one would likely get in from outside, but you might want to check it once.
Clean and nice. There are also many restaurants nearby.
I had a comfortable stay.
I used it during a business trip to Gangneung.
The water pressure is good and the owner is kind. The parking lot is spacious. I was satisfied.

The floor felt a bit rough when I stepped on it, as if it hadn't been cleaned, but it wasn't bad. The breakfast was good, and overall it was pleasant.

Room Usage Guidelines
The standard occupancy for all rooms is two people; additional guests will incur a surcharge.
- Surcharge per additional person: 10,000 won
An additional fee applies if you request an extra set of bedding for a room occupied by two people.
- Additional bedding fee: 10,000 KRW
Reservations and stays exceeding the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
Please be sure to check the number of guests and room details before making a reservation.

At Crystal Motel, we completed the remodeling of all guest rooms in April 2025.
All rooms are equipped with 65-inch HD TVs, free Netflix access, and Wi-Fi.
To ensure a comfortable guest experience, we change the linens in all rooms daily, and all rooms are non-smoking.
We manage this property ourselves and prioritize cleanliness above all else.
We will do our utmost to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

A spacious parking lot with a total capacity of 45 vehicles is available.
Both the left and right parking lots are available as you enter the facility.
Parking is free.
Front desk hours are from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Guests who wish to use a computer should contact us in advance. We will assign you to a room with computer access.
Microwaves are available on the 1st and 5th floors.
Cell phone chargers and hair straighteners are available for rent at the front desk.
Foods with strong odors, such as skate and snow crab, are strictly prohibited from being consumed in guest rooms.
The strong odors from skate and snow crab can permeate the room, causing damage and making it impossible to ventilate, which makes it difficult to rent the room the following day.
Please be advised that bringing in or consuming these foods may result in a charge of 100,000 won to cover cleaning and lost revenue.
Use of this facility and mixed-gender occupancy are restricted for minors.
Minors may check in only when accompanied by a parent.
If mixed-gender occupancy is detected, guests may be asked to check out, and no refunds will be issued.
Failure to present identification upon check-in may result in restricted access, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.
