I arrived at my reserved time and they said they had given my reserved room to others, so I couldn't use it at the scheduled time — does that make sense? It was unbelievable.

The computer's refresh rate was set low. They said this was the only room and that the air conditioner didn't work, but still tried to charge 50,000 won as the full price. Then they said the app wasn't working, but through the app with a coupon it was about 37,500 won. There is no light dimmer and no remote control. Still, the PC is perfect if you just change the monitor output — worth going if you like games.

We have significantly increased the number of couple PC rooms to 17, and we will be renewing with massage chairs and more diverse services.

All rooms have new bedding and are always kept clean.

All rooms offer free viewing of 6 OTT services, including Netflix.

All rooms provide a comfortable sleep with latex pillows.

★ When booking a Walk-In Special room, a random room upgrade may be possible.

★ COVID-19 Preparedness Information

Janibee Hotel strictly prohibits the reuse of linens and is an accommodation establishment that meticulously manages hygiene by replacing linens after each use.

Janibee Hotel disinfects all rooms daily using disinfectant.
