The accommodation is spacious and has good value for money. Cleanliness is decent.

The bed was clean, the room was well organized, and the bathroom was very clean. It was very good.

A slightly worn property with disappointing hygiene (Pros) A quiet location away from the city center Complimentary breakfast service offered at this price range (Cons) Poor cleanliness: Basic cleaning expected of a room was inadequate. Hair presumed to be from a previous guest was found on the floor and bedding, which made for an unpleasant first impression. Aged facilities: Although located in an innovation city and I had hoped for cleanliness, the room interior and facilities generally felt old and dated, which was disappointing. If you are only staying for a quick business trip, it might be tolerable, but I would not recommend this as the first accommodation for a romantic trip where atmosphere and cleanliness are absolutely important.

It was a clean, spacious accommodation, and I really liked that the breakfast served in the dining area included Korean dishes, toast, ramen, and more. It was also convenient that the shower/bath area, toilet, and sink were separated.

It was tidy and I was able to rest comfortably for the day! I went with my child and had no inconveniences~
