Busan Gupo MU

I made a reservation and my drinking got late so I went there at 5 AM. But the owner thought it was a no-show and said there were no rooms. Not only did they refuse a refund, they got angry and said, "Why don't you just have us prepare a room? It looks like you've been drinking." Is going to a motel after drinking illegal? I was so outraged that I didn't use the room and did not get a refund. Please live with some conscience.

I had reservations for the 12th and 13th. A week before I got a call, and they sent a text telling me to cancel and go to another accommodation... Is this allowed? Busan City Hall says this is allowed.

I booked the 12th and 13th a month in advance. A week before they sent a text asking me to cancel and told me to reserve at the substitute lodging, Mandeok MVG Motel. On the day, when I arrived they told me to pay an extra 15,000 won. I said I would report them and didn't pay, then when I went up the toilet was a mess. I seriously felt like vomiting. There was no toilet paper on the holder. I just called Busan City Hall and they said that even if they charge an extra 15,000 won, there is no legal violation so they will not take any action. This is why Busan is no good. I really don't understand Busan.

This place offers great value. Only the building felt a bit old-fashioned, but it had everything I needed so it was very convenient.

The owner is nice. I go here whenever I visit Busan; it's clean and pleasant.

The room floor was sticky. I stayed multiple nights but they did not clean properly, and there were so many mosquitoes that I could not sleep well. :(
