It is clean, not bad.
It is tidy and the view is nice.
The room is neat and parking is convenient.
It was really great!! When I opened the curtains the view was of a park so it didn't feel confined, and I really feel refreshed!! There are cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. concentrated in front, so it's convenient for going out at night! I am 100% likely to revisit next time 👍👍👍
The accommodation was clean and I liked the city view from the terrace.
The bedding was very clean so I slept deeply, and I liked that the washing machine even had a dryer function. What was disappointing was the poor soundproofing — I could hear the sound of the light switches, watching videos, the toilet lid closing, and the front door slamming. The bathroom is on the small side, so when showering I had to crouch and wash carefully under the sink area. When I plugged a charger into the outlet to charge, I checked it a little later and the plug coating was peeling, and there was mold underneath. I wiped it with tissue but it wouldn't come off, so I sprayed a deodorizer containing ethanol and removed it that way. Because of that I charged my devices with a power bank the whole time. ㅠ

I stayed here on a business trip. The floor layout felt like an officetel, which I liked. The facilities are good and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The big downside is that you cannot watch the TV while lying on the bed.

The temperature inside the spa will not exceed 40 degrees.
Starting from September 1, 2024, BBQ use is not permitted in all rooms.
Please take note when booking. The use of personal equipment (e.g., portable gas burners and induction cookers) is not allowed. Please be aware that if personal equipment is used without the property's consent, damages may be claimed for any accidents that occur or complaints from other rooms.
