Near Sindang, it is clean and offers good value for money!
I usually do not write reviews... I mentioned several issues multiple times, and normally someone would come to check or change the room, but they said this was the first time. In this level of heat I was sweating even with the air conditioner on, and for the price the room was too small, not even like a motel room. I finally checked the air conditioner and found the filter was dirty, so it was not working properly. The chair and desk heights did not match, making the stay very uncomfortable. I hope these drawbacks will be addressed.
I plan to revisit.
It was clean and I liked it. Noise was hardly noticeable.

The room was clean, cozy, quiet, and close to the station, so I liked it!!
Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and the soundproofing was perfect. Sindang Station was very close, so it was convenient to get around. I come to Seoul several times a month for business and have stayed at almost all the hotels around Sindang and Dongdaemun—this place is the cleanest and most comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and cooled the room quickly.
I had a good rest ^^ The surroundings are very nice.
I left something behind and went back the next day to retrieve it; thankfully they had kept it for me, so I got it back.

▪️All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke outside the building.
▪️All rooms are non-smoking, and indoor smoking violations may incur a fine in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, as well as additional charges related to deodorization costs.
▪️Please understand that if smoking in the room causes a cancellation fee for other bookings due to the smell of smoke, and laundry costs for bedding, compensation for damages may be charged. A fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed if smoking is detected.
▪️In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

A person who damages or conceals another's property, documents, or special media records such as electronic records, or otherwise impairs their utility, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 7 million KRW.
