- Mixed-gender stays by minors (born in 2005 or later) are illegal and therefore strictly prohibited.

- For stays by minors accompanied by family members or mixed-gender stays by adults, please check the occupancy policy and contact the hotel in advance.

- You may upgrade from a day-use reservation to an overnight stay (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Due to high demand for overnight stays on weekends and public holidays, upgrading from a day-use reservation to an overnight stay may not be possible.

- The maximum number of parking spaces available on the premises is 9. We apologize for the limited parking space and ask that you use the public parking lot in front of the building (free of charge) when our lot is full.

The Dozen Hotel does not allow guests to stay with dogs. Please confirm this policy before making your reservation.

All rooms are based on double occupancy, and all rooms except twin rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests (Korean-style rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests).

- Guests booking accommodations for 2 or more people are requested to contact us in advance to inform us of the number of additional guests.

- An additional fee of 20,000 won applies per extra guest (to cover the cost of additional bedding).

- Korean-style rooms (ondol rooms) can accommodate up to 4 adults.

※ Check-in will be denied if you fail to notify us in advance of any additional guests.

※ Please refrain from occupying a single room with 4 or more guests as much as possible; if unavoidable, please contact the hotel.

※ Rooms cannot accommodate 5 or more guests; please book two rooms instead.

(We reserve the right to refuse check-in if four or more guests attempt to stay in a single room without prior notice. Additionally, if you invite additional guests to stay in the room without prior consent during your stay, you will be asked to check out immediately without a refund.)

※ Please be aware that a 20,000 KRW fee will be charged for the loss of a room key card.

Day Use Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (3 hours standard)

Overnight Stay Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 PM the following day

※ Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times!

※ An additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged for extensions.

※ Guests who wish to leave their luggage at the accommodation before check-in time should contact the hotel for assistance.
