Basic Supplies: Disposable chopsticks/spoons, contact lens cases/saline solution, makeup remover, panty liners, first-aid supplies ※Please inquire at the front desk and pick them up as needed.

Lost and Found: Unclaimed lost items will be held for up to 4 weeks before being disposed of.

Anti-theft systems are installed on hotel furnishings.

Compensation will be charged for any damage or destruction caused by activities such as using candles, dyeing hair, or throwing objects.

All rooms are based on double occupancy (up to 3 guests in twin rooms), and the additional fee for each extra guest is 10,000 won.

Minors are not permitted to stay, and ID will be verified upon check-in.

For consecutive weekend stays, a one-time room rental fee will be added to the accommodation charge.

You may be assigned a room of the same type but different from the one shown in the photos.

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.

Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times to allow for room maintenance (cleaning).
