. Damages to wallpaper, furniture, computers and machinery, or other items may incur a claim for compensation.

. All rooms are based on 2 people, and an additional 10,000 KRW per person will be charged for extra guests (same applies during peak season).

. Please strictly observe the promised check-in and check-out times for stays and day use. Additional charges may apply if the designated time is exceeded.

. All rooms use Netflix with personal logins.

. For standard rooms, an additional 20,000 KRW will be charged for consecutive nights.

. Minors are not allowed to stay, and if reserved, forced eviction will occur and a full refund will not be possible.

. All rooms are equipped with hair straighteners.

. Special rates apply during peak season, public holidays, national competition periods, and holiday periods.
