If the hotel parking lot is full, you may use the Namwon Chueotang parking lot located right next to the hotel.

When parking at Namwon Chueotang, please provide your license plate number to the information desk.

⭐ Tips for Staying at Brown Dot Hotel Suwon City Hall Branch

There is a GS Convenience Store on the first floor. Please use the self-checkout counters, and for purchases of alcohol or cigarettes, please inquire at the hotel front desk!

Rental Services – Hair straighteners, headphones, wine openers, and chargers are available for rent at the 1st-floor front desk. Please bring a valid ID when making a request! Please be sure to return the items to the front desk upon check-out.

How to Use Netflix - Press the “Movies” button on the remote control to access Netflix. The hotel account is already logged in, so feel free to use it.

All guest rooms are equipped with Yankee Candles and candle warmers. Lighting the candle with a lighter poses a fire hazard, so please be sure to turn on the warmer switch before use.
