All rooms are equipped with 55-inch (sizes may vary in some standard rooms) Samsung UHD Smart TVs, so you can comfortably watch YouTube with the remote while lying in bed^^

You can log in with your own account to watch Netflix and other OTT services^^

Minors are not permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding.

Only physical ID is accepted. Cell phones are not accepted.

If your check-in time is after 3:00 AM, please be sure to contact the front desk.

If you arrive too late, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.

For consecutive nights, please book 2 day-use reservations + 1 overnight stay.^^

Booking only consecutive overnight stays is not permitted; you will be charged an additional fee for 2 day-use reservations.^^

When traveling by car, one vehicle may be parked per room; advance parking is generally not permitted.

Please note that bicycles are not allowed when booking a room.

Chargers are available for rent at the front desk if needed. They are not provided in the rooms.

All rooms are double rooms. (Three or more guests are not permitted.)

Extra blankets are not provided. Even for two guests, extra blankets are not available.

Some standard rooms do not have windows, so we have provided air purifiers.

If you prefer not to stay in one of these rooms, please let the front desk know, and we will assign you a different room.

If you check in with a same-sex partner without prior notice, your stay may be restricted without a refund.

Identification for minors is required. Reservations made by minors are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

We do not accept photo IDs on cell phones. Please be sure to bring a valid form of identification.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

Once you have checked into your room, cancellations and refunds are not possible for any reason. Room changes are only allowed within 10 minutes of check-in.

Fees for extending your stay must be paid in advance.

If you are coming by car, enter “100-3 Samseong-dong” or “23 Bong-eun-sa-ro 113-gil” into your navigation system to easily find us.

If you are coming by public transportation, take Exit 4 at Bongeunsa Station on Line 9, walk straight for 500 meters, pass the Baekseju Building,

and then walk about 100 meters to the left.

If you will be significantly late for check-in compared to your reserved time, please be sure to contact the hotel. Please note that if we do not hear from you by 5:00 a.m., you will be considered a “no-show” and your reservation will be sold to another guest.^^

For consecutive stays, the rate is 2 day-use rentals + 1 overnight stay.

Even if you book consecutive nights, consecutive stays are not permitted. An additional charge for 2 day-use rentals will be applied.^^

Some standard rooms do not have windows, so air purifiers have been provided.
