Right after entering, I found a cockroach near the hair dryer. I thought I must have been mistaken. Then the air conditioner wasn't cooling, so I asked them to check it and they said we'd have to wait. I thought it would be cool after dinner when I came back and took a shower, so I went out, but it was hot all night. Is it difficult for them to come and check when I report a problem? The indoor temperature stayed at 25 degrees. I even saw a cockroach inside the blanket. I just left the light on and slept restlessly. The week before last when I went with a friend, the door didn't close well but the staff were kind so I used it again, but this time was the worst.

It was humid, but we had a good time. We excitedly played on the old-school arcade machines.

They said they would park the car separately, so I calmed the kids and handed over the keys. In the morning I had a meeting, and when I asked where they had parked the car, the staff each said they didn't know where it was. If there was an empty spot in the parking lot, shouldn't they have parked it there? The kids wandered around trying to find the car. Fortunately we left first and saw where it was, so they told us later and I wasn't late for the meeting, but I was stunned by the staff's unprofessional attitude.

Paid-out-of-pocket review I always use this when I go on business trips. The facilities are good and the owner is kind, so I was able to rest well.
