All rooms are based on double occupancy (2 guests per room).

Minors are not permitted to stay (stay permitted only after submitting a consent form for accommodation)—ID will be verified upon check-in.

Pets are not allowed.

During consecutive-night stays, cleaning requests at specific times are not permitted.

Shared occupancy by three or more people is prohibited; if discovered, you will be required to check out immediately, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

You will be charged the full amount for damage to wallpaper, furniture, or fixtures, or for lost room keys.

Room types are assigned at random.

Amenities

Free access to Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, and YouTube is available in all rooms.

Microwaves are provided on each floor.

Chargers for various device types are available, and wine openers can be rented.

Parking Information

We have a total of 41 parking spaces (available in the outdoor lot, on the 1st floor above ground, and on B1, B2, and B3).

Valet parking is available.

For weekend and holiday stays or short-term rentals, parking is not permitted prior to check-in (one parking space per room; a fee of 10,000 won will be charged for each additional vehicle).

- In the event of damage caused by in-room activities or staining (e.g., wallpaper, furniture, flooring, candles, tape, etc.),

the guest will be charged the full cost.
