It was a small but well-equipped and satisfying accommodation. There was no view, but the bed was comfortable, there was a clothes steamer, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, which I liked. The front desk staff were friendly, and the robot coffee was available for free. The location is good for walking to Dongbaek Island or Marine City.

The shower stall did not drain and there was a very strong foul odor in the bathroom, so I could not sleep. I complained because I could not stand it, and they sprayed some deodorizer and said the smell would get better, so I waited about 30 minutes, but the smell remained. I contacted them again at 3 a.m. and they moved me to another room, but the new room also had a strong odor. I went there to rest comfortably but could not sleep because of the smell and poor soundproofing, and I checked out at 10 a.m. At first I thought I had found a good place, but this was the most disappointing stay.
