Room rates are based on 2 guests. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required.
An additional charge applies for each extra person. An additional 15,000 KRW will be charged for each additional person. (Inquire with the accommodation)
For multi-night stays including Fridays, Saturdays (and public holidays), a multi-night fee of 25,000 KRW will be incurred.
We appreciate reservations for extended or multi-night stays under the standard rate (special deals are not applicable).\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
Room information may change frequently due to partner circumstances. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.
If loud noise occurs at night, eviction measures may be taken, so please refrain.
Criminal penalties may apply for damage to or theft of room property.
A small reservation deposit may be required for group and same-day bookings.
Reservations are possible starting one month in advance. We kindly ask for your understanding that reservations for periods beyond that may be difficult due to the unavailability of the reservation ledger.

Lost and found items will be disposed of if not claimed within one week after check-out; if you contact us within one week, we will keep them for 1 month.
Prepaid shipping may be required for lost and found items sent by courier (inquire with the accommodation).
All rooms are non-smoking, and a surcharge equivalent to one night's stay will be applied if smoking is detected.
