Parking is not available for Socar, Green Car personal vehicles without keys.

Parking is only available after check-in; advance parking is not possible.

Parking is not available for large vehicles such as 1.2-ton trucks, Solati, Sprinter, Stargazer, etc.

If the parking lot is congested, we will provide safe valet parking.

Customers planning to park a vehicle must select the 'Parking Available' option.

Selecting 'Parking Unavailable' at the time of booking will restrict vehicle parking.

Customers planning to visit by vehicle are kindly requested to check parking availability before booking at 064-749-2500.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, including Terrace rooms, as well as bathrooms, hallways, and stairs.

Smoking is permitted only on the terrace when using a Terrace room.

Guests caught smoking will be asked to vacate immediately.

(A fee starting from 100,000 KRW per night will be charged for Standard rooms)

Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 people (including those aged 0-19).

Minors are not allowed without a legal guardian.

If the room occupancy limit is exceeded, check-in will be refused, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Please specify [Parking Available/Unavailable] when booking a room. If you book as [Parking Unavailable] and park a vehicle, parking may be denied or an additional fee of 10,000 KRW [per night] may apply.

Free parking is available after check-in. Using the parking lot before check-in may incur separate parking fees.

If you bring a vehicle after booking [Parking Unavailable] for early morning, morning, or before check-out, parking will not be possible [Contact Front Desk].

Electric bicycles and bicycles cannot be brought into the room. [Can be stored in the lobby]

- Check-in is possible by showing the voucher received with your passport at the front desk.

- If you do not have your voucher at check-in, you may be unable to check in even with your passport, so please be aware.

- You may be asked to present identification at the front desk during check-in.

- Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. Early check-in requests may incur an additional fee.

- Please book for your total stay in advance. If you book as 1 night + 1 night, you must check out at 12:00 PM and check in again at 4:00 PM.

- A room deposit of 50,000 KRW or more may be required at check-in, depending on the length of stay, separate from the room rate.

- A portion of the deposit may be deducted if guests damage or lose any hotel facilities.

- Deposits can be paid in cash or by card, but cash payment is recommended as card authorization cancellation may take approximately 2 weeks.
