I stayed here once before and enjoyed it so much that I came back again! Maybe because of that I booked a Deluxe but they even upgraded me to a Royal Suite 🥹 From the entrance it felt so luxurious, and the scent made me feel good as soon as I walked in. All the staff were so friendly, it really stood out compared to other places 😂 After experiencing rudeness elsewhere, I care a lot about staff service, and they treated me like a 5-star hotel which made the trip feel extra special!! There were plenty of coffee, water, and snacks on the first floor so it was easy to relax in the lobby 🫰 The coffee was especially delicious lol The interior was clean and the amenities were the best I’ve seen at any place I’ve stayed!! I was especially shocked by the bathroom — the bathtub was perfect for a spa soak, just so clean. The body wash and shampoo scents were totally my style so I took some home with me lol I had to go out, but the room was so nice I almost didn’t want to leave 😂 The TV was really big, almost the size you see in bars. The bed was super soft and the duvet made it easy to fall asleep, so lying there watching YouTube before bed I felt like I picked the perfect place. You can tell they paid attention to every little detail. If I come to Jamsil I’ll only stay here… I’ve already recommended it to all my friends. I had such a wonderful stay that I wanted to leave this review!! 😚
We stayed one night to visit Lotte World and KidZania with our child. My second-grader was crawling/rolling around, so I asked about a safety guard; there wasn't one, but when I asked if they could attach one to the wall they arranged it. Friendly and clean.
It was very clean~~
The staff were kind and the room was in great condition. I will visit again~~!
