-All rooms are non-smoking.

(Please use the 1st floor parking lot for smoking)

-Pets are not allowed.

-Rates may vary during peak season, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

-Rooms are assigned randomly, and due to their nature, the design or structure of the room may vary even for the same room type.

-The basic occupancy for all rooms is 2 people per room.

-An additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person will be incurred for additional occupants.

-Only Twin and Royal Suite room types can accommodate 3 or more people in one room.

-For mixed-gender stays, ID checks may be conducted in accordance with the Youth Protection Act and lodging establishment management regulations.

-Check-out is at 1:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on weekends based on the check-out date.

-Check-out time extension varies by room grade, please inquire at the front desk.

-Please return the room key to the front desk. (A fee will be charged if the room key is lost.)

Parking Tower Operation

-A total of 30 parking spaces are in operation.

-If you have a 1-ton truck, top-load truck, vehicle with 6 or more seats, or if you do not wish to use the parking tower (ground parking), please inquire by phone before making a reservation.

-One vehicle per room is allowed for overnight stay and day use guests only.

-Separate parking fees will be charged for advance parking or additional parking, and parking may be refused during crowded times, so please inquire in advance.

-As the parking tower operation takes time for vehicle exit, please request exit at least 15 minutes in advance during crowded times such as weekends and holidays.

We will draw one lucky customer each week who writes a sincere photo review and give them a free day-use coupon (suite). [Available on weekdays] 2022.06.08~2022.11.30]

-An additional multi-night fee will be incurred separately from the reservation for multi-night stays.

-Guests who do not wish to pay the multi-night fee can re-enter after checking out at 12:00 PM, re-entering after 6:00 PM on weekdays, and after 9:00 PM on weekends.

-In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, we are not responsible for valuables and high-priced items not stored by us.

-Lost items will be kept for 7 days, and if there are no separate inquiries, all items will be discarded thereafter.

-If you wish to receive items by courier, the courier fee will be collect on delivery, and we are not responsible for any loss by the courier company.
