Well, in my opinion this hotel targets foreigners. Compared to the price, the accommodations are not great. Only the bathroom is clean, and I am not sure the bedding is very clean (it smells bad). There were no hangers either. It seems like it would be nice only for wealthy people. The price is very high so I had high expectations, but it is not worth it! You might as well go to a hotel called "Lounge." :(

The accommodation itself was fine, but the corner of the bed frame did not have a safety rubber cap, which caused a knee injury. When I contacted the front desk in the middle of the night to report the injury and request first aid, the response and handling were very unpleasant. There was not even a simple "Are you okay?" or provision of a first aid kit for basic wound care; instead they coldly said they would inform the person in charge or a supervisor the next day, which was very disappointing. I remember that the staff member who worked the following day showed genuine concern and a kind word, which helped a bit. The manager personally apologized, and although late, their prompt action after being made aware has given me a reason to consider returning.

The room itself was neat and nice. However, they seem to manage amenities poorly: the shampoo was almost empty and barely came out, and the towels were the worst I have ever used. After showering, when I wiped my face and body white dust like residue came off, so it felt like I was spreading dust rather than drying myself. Also, checkout is at 12, but construction seemed to start at 10 — the sound and vibration of a drill woke me up and gave me a headache.
