The price is affordable and I like it.
I recommend this accommodation for its great value.
I visited for the first time and it was clean.
There was a cigarette smell. The building was old. The lights were so dim they hurt my eyes.
The owner and his wife were very kind.
Check-in was fast and I had a good rest.
Check-in was quick and I rested well.
Staff were seriously unfriendly, cleanliness was poor, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
It was Friday but it was inexpensive and good value. However, the towels were very worn.

To ensure the smooth operation of our room reservation system,
we make a check-out call 30 to 40 minutes before check-out time. We appreciate your understanding.
Rooms are assigned randomly, so you may be assigned a room that differs from the image shown.
The fee for extending your stay beyond the standard check-out time is 5,000 won per hour (based on a standard room on weekdays).
If you plan to bring a vehicle, please be sure to contact the front desk in advance.
Due to the low clearance at the parking lot entrance, access is restricted for
multi-passenger vehicles, cargo vehicles, and motorcycles.
One vehicle per room is the standard allocation.
Sharing a single parking space among multiple vehicles per room is prohibited.
Vehicles parked for overnight stays or short-term rentals may not be driven out until check-out. We appreciate your understanding.
The cost of room amenities is not included in the room rate.
Admission may be restricted for minors, intoxicated guests, or guests with other grounds for denial of entry.
Guests with physical disabilities and foreign nationals must be accompanied by a Korean guardian to check in.
Accommodations are based on a standard occupancy of two people per room; for more than two people, an additional room must be booked and paid for on-site.
Mixed-gender occupancy and sharing a single room among multiple guests are prohibited.
In the event of a no-show (failure to use a reserved room without prior notice), 100% of the room rate will be charged.
Visits to guest rooms by individuals other than registered guests (overnight or day-use) are not permitted.
Cancellations and refunds cannot be processed due to dissatisfaction with the room
after 30 minutes have passed for day use (after check-in) or 1 hour has passed for overnight stays (after check-in).
If you are dissatisfied with your room, we will arrange a room change and have the room cleaned again.
- In 2016, the Youth Protection Act regarding access to lodging facilities was strengthened; if you intentionally misrepresent your age as a minor to check in, you will be subject to civil and criminal liability and claims for compensation for business losses.
- Please leave your valuables at the front desk. We assume absolutely no responsibility for lost items that are not deposited with us.

With regard to currency, securities, and other valuables, if a guest does not specify the type and value of the items when depositing them, the hospitality business operator is not liable to compensate for damages resulting from the loss or damage of such items.
- We cannot store your luggage before check-in time; however, you may store your luggage in your room after paying the early check-in fee.
- Please be advised that any lost items in our custody will be automatically disposed of if not claimed within 3 days of being notified. Please take note of this.
