★Agoda booking customers cannot be guaranteed parking as we don't know if they will have a car.

★Foot-only rooms are only available for guests arriving on foot. Parking is not available.

★Only 1 car can be parked per room (no additional parking possible).

★Even if you wish to pay an extra fee, 2 cars cannot be parked (no refund).

Parking is only available at check-in time (additional fees apply for early parking).

★Vehicles that do not fit into the parking lift, such as top-load vans, vehicles weighing 2.7 tons, and large electric vehicles, cannot be parked.

▶If you check in earlier than the reserved Day Use time, usage will be based on your check-in time.

▶If you check in later than the reserved time, you must check out at the reserved closing time.

▶For extensions, it's 10,000 KRW per hour; for 1 hour or more, Day Use rates apply (extensions may not be possible depending on the situation).

★Room rates are subject to change depending on our circumstances. Cancellations/refunds are not possible even if the booked amount and price differ.

★All rooms are non-smoking. Damages will be charged for smoking.

Netflix available with your own account in all rooms.

Air conditioning is not available in rooms during winter.

Entry is not possible without a physical ID.

Only resident registration cards, driver's licenses, passports, Government24 mobile ID cards, and Pass mobile resident registration cards are accepted as valid IDs.

Photos, Kakao certificates, and certificates/registration cards from other institutions are not accepted.

We are not responsible for any disadvantages such as denied entry, reservation cancellation, refunds, or changes due to reservations made by minors.

Minors will be denied entry even if accompanied by a guardian (please inquire with the hotel for details).

Please note that stains may occur due to water dripping in the underground parking lot. We appreciate your understanding that we are not responsible for damages or compensation.

All rooms are based on 2 people per room, and since room types vary, the actual room assigned may differ (random assignment, cannot be specified).

Twin rooms are only available for up to 3 people of the same gender (no mixed-gender sharing). No refunds or cancellations for this reason.

No extra bedding is provided.

Compensation will be charged for damage/breakage of items in the room.

Candle events and attaching tape to walls are prohibited.

The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored at the front desk, as per Article 153 of the Commercial Act.

Lost and found items are kept for 2 weeks. (Items will be disposed of after 2 weeks.)

Medicines, cosmetics, and food items will all be immediately disposed of.

Entry may be denied to intoxicated individuals in relation to safety accidents in the room.

Pets are not allowed, and if unauthorized entry is confirmed, forced eviction without refund and compensation for disinfection fees will be charged.

When going out, you must either leave your room key at the front desk or indicate your intention to go out.

If you go out without notice, it will be considered a checkout, and room cleaning may take place.

A fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged for unreturned/lost/damaged room keys.
